Order Cancellations

  • Within 12 Hours:
    You can cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • After 12 Hours:
    Orders canceled more than 12 hours after being placed will incur a 20% cancellation fee, deducted from your refund. This is due to the processing and handling that may already be underway. If the order has already shipped, it must be returned following our return policy.
