Key Information

  • Return Period: Items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and tags.

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or a shipping error was made.

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection of the returned item.


Return Instructions

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Customer Service:
    Email info@calibrehouse.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos if applicable.

  2. Receive Return Authorization:
    Our team will review your request and send you a return authorization with instructions.

  3. Prepare Your Return:
    Ensure the item is safely packaged in its original condition. Include all original components and the return authorization form.

  4. Ship the Item:
    Use a reliable tracked shipping method. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refund Policy

  • Approval & Inspection: We will inspect your returned item and notify you of the approval status within 7 business days.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Order Cancellations

  • Within 12 Hours of Purchase: Orders can be canceled for free if not yet processed.

  • After 12 Hours: A 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund, as the fulfillment process may already have begun.

  • If your order has already shipped, it must be returned following our standard return policy.


Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll cover the return shipping costs for eligible exchanges.


Exceptions & Special Cases

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Report within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a free return and replacement or full refund.

  • Incorrect Product Received: Contact us and we’ll cover return shipping and send the correct item.

  • Lost Packages: If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, contact us to open a case with the carrier.


2-Year Warranty

All CalibreHouse products are backed by a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects.

What’s Covered?

  • Faults in materials or craftsmanship

  • Electrical or mechanical failures due to factory defect

What’s Not Covered?

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse, improper installation, or modifications

  • Damage caused by accidents, water, or external factors

Warranty Claims

Email info@calibrehouse.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the defect

If eligible, we will provide a replacement or the required parts. Refunds are not issued under warranty claims.
